Scope
This policy covers this website (ttoop.com): its research guides, its calculators, the help and feedback pages, and the country and language editions. It describes what the website itself does today. The workbench application that this website may link to is a separate product with its own terms and privacy information.
This website is operated under the product name StratForge Research Workbench, Pusat Perdagangan Bukit Jalil, Jalan, Persiaran Jalil 3, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. StratForge Research Workbench is a product name, not the name of a registered company. The operator is based in Malaysia, and this notice is written with reference to Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709). It has not been legally reviewed, and it does not claim to meet every requirement of that Act or of the law where you live.
Tool inputs
The numbers you type into a calculator stay in your browser tab. This website does not send them to us, does not write them into the page address and does not save them in browser storage. A calculator’s example button only loads fixed example values. Your browser may itself restore what you typed, for example when you go back to a page; that is a browser feature this website does not control.
Feedback
The website’s feedback form is not open yet: it is shown for reference only, cannot be submitted and sends nothing.
Before the form starts accepting messages, this section will be updated to describe exactly which fields are sent, why, how long they are kept and who can read them.
Emails you send us
If you email support@ttoop.com, for example to report an error or make a privacy request, we receive what you send: your email address and name as shown by your email program, the subject, the message and any attachments. We use it only to answer you and to correct the website. Emails are received through Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in the operator’s own email inbox service, which runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and R2). They are kept with no set deletion date. They can be read by the operator’s lead and by tools the operator authorises to handle the inbox, including AI assistants that help sort emails and draft replies. Do not send information you do not want kept.
Analytics and cookies
The website’s own code does not set cookies, and the website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from other websites. Our hosting and network provider, Cloudflare, may set short-lived security cookies (for example __cf_bm) when its protection against automated traffic is active; they are used to tell people from bots, not to track you across websites.
Remembered edition on this device
This option is currently switched off: the website does not show it and stores nothing. If it is switched on, it will work as follows. If you tick “Remember this choice on this device”, your browser stores a country edition and language, and the time you saved them, under the key stocktools.site-preference.v1: on a country edition page, that page’s edition and language; on any page, the edition or language you then pick in the selector. It is kept only in your browser’s local storage and is not sent to us or to anyone else. It is used for 90 days; after that it is ignored and deleted the next time you open any page of this site. If you do not come back, it stays in your browser until you clear it — closing the browser does not delete it. It is used only to show a “Back to the … edition” link on shared pages; it does not redirect you, change what you can use, or record where you are. You can remove it at any time with the “Clear” button, by unticking the box, by choosing “Global” while it is ticked, or by clearing this site’s data in your browser. If you do not tick the box, nothing is stored.
Server and network logs
The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s network (Cloudflare Workers). Like any website, each request reaches the servers that deliver it, which receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the approximate country derived from your IP address.
- Platform logs (Workers Logs). The website is configured so that, once deployed, the hosting platform can record a log entry for requests handled by the website’s server code. An entry can include the requested address, the request method, request headers (which can include your IP address and browser type) and network details such as country. These logs are kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically (the retention of the Cloudflare plan in use). Only people with access to the operator’s Cloudflare account can read them, and they are used only to find errors and keep the website working.
- Cloudflare’s own processing. Cloudflare also processes request data to deliver the website and protect it against attacks, and keeps some security and performance data under its own privacy policy (Cloudflare’s privacy policy).
The website’s own code does not write request details into logs. Cloudflare’s network is global, so this data may be processed outside Malaysia.
Retention
- Tool inputs: not kept.
- Remembered edition: in your browser only, as described above.
- Platform logs: 7 days, then deleted automatically.
- Cloudflare’s own security and performance data: as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Emails you send us: no set deletion date.
- The website’s feedback form: not open, so nothing is collected through it.
Your rights
Where Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 applies, it gives you, among other rights, the right to request access to personal data about you (section 30) and its correction (section 34), and it sets how such requests are made and answered, including the 21-day periods in sections 31 and 35. You may also withdraw your consent to processing (section 38). The law of your country may give you other rights. Because the website does not keep tool inputs, and the remembered edition is stored only in your own browser, you can delete that data yourself at any time as described above. To make a request, email the address in the next section. Platform logs are deleted after 7 days, so a later request may find no log data to return.
